Sunday School

Sunday School begins each Sunday morning at 9:30.  We have several options of classes from which to choose.  They are as follows:

Nursery
Pre-School
Elementary - Divided by grades
High School - Divided by grades
College
Young Adults
Adults
Ladies 1
Ladies 2
Ladies 3
Men

Choir

The choir is open to all who wish to sing praises to Jesus Christ.  The choir leads in the morning worship each Sunday.  When preparing for a presentation, choir meets at 4:45 in the Sanctuary.  All who want to participate are welcome!

Women's Missionary Auxilary (WMA)

WMA or Women's Missionary Auxiliary offers all adult ladies of the church the opportunity for Bible Study, fellowship, and missionary service. The local WMA focuses its missionary activities on the church, the church family, and the local community. We participate and support the missionary activities of the District, State, and National WMA Auxiliaries. The WMA of First Baptist Church, Taylor meets the second Tuesday of each month. The group has adopted the name of The Dorcas Circle as we strive to  emulate the work and reputation of the Biblical character of the same name.  

Brotherhood

The brotherhood of First Baptist Church meets on the last Monday of each month.  Men meet together for food, fellowship, and faith, encouraging one another in their roles as leaders of the church and their families.  Money is raised to aid in the assistance of church and community needs, as well as furthering the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world.
