The Member Rewards is a customer loyalty program designed specifically for FULLBEAUTY Brands customers. 

Instructions 

After clicking “Place Order”, you will be prompted to offer the Member Rewards program. 

Details 

• After reading the initial prompt, you must get an affirmative “yes” or “okay” from the customer 

• A second prompt will appear in case “yes” was clicked in error. Do not press “yes” yet as they can change their mind 

• If the customer declines the initial offer, the system will prompt you to read a rebuttal script (3 to choose from) 

• If the customer is paying with a PLCC and accepts, you will be redirected to another page to ask for a major credit card 

• A Spanish scripting is available for bilingual agents
