FB Group Bulk Poster ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, handle, store, and share information when you use our Chrome extension ("Extension"). By installing and using the Extension, you agree to the practices described below.
We collect the following categories of information:
Google account email and profile name — collected when you sign in to our licensing website (auth.fbgroupbulkposter.com) using Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. This is used solely to identify your subscription.
Facebook session tokens — including your Facebook User ID (UID), fb_dtsg token, and lsd token. These are read from your own authenticated Facebook session cookies during posting operations.
Licensing cookie — a firebaseUser cookie set by our licensing website after you log in, read by the Extension to verify your subscription status.
Posting actions — records of which Facebook groups you select, when you initiate a post, and the success/failure status of each post.
Keyboard and mouse input events — simulated via the Chrome Debugger API exclusively during user-initiated posting, in order to dispatch input into Facebook's post composer. No keyboard input is captured or logged.
Facebook group URLs — entered by you in the Extension's interface.
Post content — text, images, videos, and links you provide for publishing to Facebook groups.
Facebook page content — the Extension reads visible HTML from your authenticated Facebook session to identify composer elements and extract the session tokens described in 2.2.
Health information
Financial or payment information
Personal communications (emails, texts, chat messages)
Location data (GPS, IP-based location)
Web browsing history
Data from any non-Facebook website
Session tokens (UID, DTSG, LSD, Facebook cookies) are held in the Service Worker's memory only for the duration of an active posting session. They are never written to disk and are discarded when the session ends.
Post content (text and media) is processed locally on your device and sent directly from your browser to Facebook using your own authenticated session — we do not see or store it on any server of ours.
Google account email is transmitted only to our licensing server (auth.fbgroupbulkposter.com) solely to verify your subscription status.
User activity events (mouse clicks, keyboard events via Chrome Debugger) are generated and dispatched only during posting actions you explicitly initiate. They are never captured, recorded, or transmitted.
We do not use any collected data for analytics, advertising, behavioral profiling, or machine learning.
Local data on your device — Facebook group URLs, draft post content, scheduled posts, and Extension preferences are stored in Chrome's local storage APIs (chrome.storage.local, chrome.storage.sync, and IndexedDB) on your device only. This data remains until you clear it manually from within the Extension, uninstall the Extension, or clear your browser data.
Session tokens — held in Service Worker memory only; never persisted to disk.
Subscription data — your email address and subscription status are stored on our secure licensing server (auth.fbgroupbulkposter.com, hosted on Firebase) for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
We retain no logs of post content, post history, or browsing activity on any server of ours.
We share information only as follows:
With Facebook — post content (text, images, videos) that you choose to publish is sent to Facebook's servers on your behalf using your own authenticated Facebook session. This sharing is performed by you, initiated by you, and is the core function of the Extension.
With our licensing server (auth.fbgroupbulkposter.com) — your Google account email is shared for the sole purpose of verifying your subscription status. No post content, no Facebook session data, and no browsing activity is shared.
With no one else — we do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your information to any other third party. We do not share data for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes. We do not use your data to determine creditworthiness or for any lending purpose.
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
HTTPS encryption for all communications with our licensing server
Server-side storage on Firebase infrastructure with Google Cloud security controls
Minimum-permission principle — the Extension requests only the Chrome permissions strictly necessary for its function
No transmission of post content through our servers
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to:
Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you on our licensing server (your email and subscription status).
Correction — request correction of inaccurate information.
Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data from our licensing server at any time.
Local data control — clear all locally stored Extension data at any time by clicking "Clear Data" within the Extension, or by uninstalling the Extension.
Opt-out — stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from Chrome.
To exercise these rights, please contact us at klyra095@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
The Extension is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact us at:
FB Group Bulk Poster — Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 26, 2026
Effective date: April 26, 2026
OVERVIEW
FB Group Bulk Poster is a Chrome extension that lets a Facebook user
post the same content to multiple groups they personally belong to or
manage, without manually copy-pasting into each group. This policy
explains exactly what data the extension collects, how it is used,
where it is stored, and your rights regarding it.
We use only the minimum data necessary to provide this single feature.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your data, and we do not use
it for advertising or any unrelated purpose.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1. Account information
When you sign in with Google, Firebase Authentication provides us with
your Google account email and profile name. We use these to verify
your subscription and associate your saved data (groups, templates,
settings) with your account.
2. Licensing cookie
After you sign in on our website (auth.fbgroupbulkposter.com), a
"firebaseUser" cookie is set by our authentication backend. The
extension reads this cookie only to detect that you are signed in,
and removes it at logout. The extension does not read, write, or
delete any other cookie on any other site.
3. Facebook session tokens (in-memory only)
To call Facebook's GraphQL API on your behalf, the extension parses
your Facebook CSRF token (fb_dtsg), user ID, and related session
parameters (lsd, jazoest) from the HTML your own browser already
received from facebook.com. These tokens are held in the Service
Worker's in-memory session storage (chrome.storage.session) and are
cleared automatically when you close your browser. They are never
written to disk and never sent to our servers.
4. User-provided content
Text, images, videos, and links you compose for posting are processed
locally on your device and sent directly from your browser to
Facebook over your own authenticated session. We do not see, store,
or transmit your post content to our servers.
5. Activity logs (local)
The extension records on your device which Facebook groups you
selected, when you initiated a campaign, and the success or failure
status of each post. This data is stored in chrome.storage.local on
your computer.
6. Aggregate telemetry and subscription data
We send our backend (server.fbgroupbulkposter.com) aggregate counters
tied to your account: number of posts that succeeded or failed, your
remaining post credits, and the software version. We use this to
manage your subscription and to detect bugs. Telemetry never includes
the content of your posts.
7. Local cache (non-personal)
The extension caches Facebook GraphQL "doc_id" values (numeric API
identifiers) and DOM-selector configuration in chrome.storage.local
so the extension does not have to refetch them on every campaign.
This data does not identify you.
WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect health data, financial information, payment-card
data, location data, browsing history, content from non-Facebook
websites, screenshots, keystrokes, contacts, or any data unrelated
to the extension's single purpose.
The extension does not read or write Facebook's session cookies
(c_user, xs, fr, datr, and similar) via the chrome.cookies API. The
Facebook session data the extension needs is parsed from the HTML
your browser already loaded — never from cookies.
DATA SHARING
We share data only as follows:
• With Facebook: user-initiated post content goes from your browser
to facebook.com over your own session.
• With our backend (server.fbgroupbulkposter.com,
auth.fbgroupbulkposter.com, www.fbgroupbulkposter.com):
subscription verification, credit counters, and aggregate
telemetry as described above.
• With Google Cloud / Firebase (firebasestorage.googleapis.com,
firestore.googleapis.com): authentication and remote configuration.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your information to any
other third party.
DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
Local data (groups list, post templates, activity logs, cache) is
stored on your device in Chrome's per-extension storage and remains
until you clear it manually using the "Clear Data" button in the
extension or until you uninstall the extension.
Session tokens are held in memory only and are cleared when you
close your browser.
Account-level data on our backend (email, subscription status,
credit balance, aggregate counters) is retained while your account
is active. If you delete your account, this data is removed within
30 days.
CHROME WEB STORE LIMITED USE COMPLIANCE
This extension complies with the Chrome Web Store Developer Program
Policies and the Limited Use requirements for user data:
• We collect only the data needed to deliver the extension's single
purpose: posting user-composed content to the Facebook groups the
user selects.
• We do not transfer user data to third parties except to provide or
improve that user-facing feature.
• We do not use or transfer user data for advertising, credit
scoring, or any purpose unrelated to the extension's single
purpose.
• We do not allow humans to read user data, except (a) with your
explicit consent, (b) for security purposes, or (c) to comply with
applicable law.
YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email klyra095@gmail.com. We respond
within 30 days.
You can also clear all locally stored data at any time by clicking
"Clear Data" in the extension settings, or by uninstalling the
extension.
SECURITY
All communication between the extension and our backend is over
HTTPS. Authentication is handled by Firebase. Session tokens never
leave your device. We follow industry-standard practices to protect
account data on our servers.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This extension is not intended for users under 13. We do not
knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a
child has provided personal information, contact klyra095@gmail.com
and we will delete it.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will
be communicated through the extension itself or by email. The "Last
updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current
version.
