Fax Pro- Send & Receive Fax -------Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FaxPro mobile application and related services ("FaxPro", "we", "us", or "our"). By using FaxPro, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of FaxPro
FaxPro helps you scan, import, preview, send, receive, and manage fax documents from your mobile device. You are responsible for the documents you choose to send or receive, the recipient fax numbers you enter, sender information you provide, and your use of the service.
2. Apple Standard EULA
FaxPro is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of FaxPro is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate custom EULA applies. If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA applies where required by Apple.

3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FaxPro to:
- Send unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unauthorized content
- Send documents that you do not have the right to transmit
- Violate privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, telecommunications, anti-spam, or other applicable laws
- Interfere with FaxPro, its servers, fax providers, networks, or security systems
- Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, overload, scrape, or misuse the service
- Use FaxPro for emergency communications or time-critical communications
You are solely responsible for complying with laws that apply to your location, recipient, business, industry, and document type.
4. Fax Delivery
Fax delivery may depend on third-party fax providers, carriers, recipient fax machines or systems, internet connectivity, phone networks, recipient availability, document quality, and other factors outside our control.
FaxPro does not guarantee that every fax will be delivered, delivered by a specific time, accepted by the recipient, or accepted as legally sufficient by any person, business, agency, or institution.
5. Documents and Records
You should review all documents before sending and keep your own copies of important records. FaxPro may display fax history, inbox items, delivery status, previews, and related metadata, but you remain responsible for keeping records required by your business, legal, tax, medical, insurance, or personal needs.
6. Subscriptions and Paid Features
FaxPro may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for fax sending, receiving, dedicated receive-number features, or other paid features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Subscription features, prices, durations, eligibility, and availability may vary by region and App Store configuration. Some features may require an active subscription, a valid receive number, backend service availability, or third-party fax provider availability.
7. Refunds
Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies and must be submitted through Apple where applicable.
8. Receive Numbers
If FaxPro provides a dedicated receive fax number, availability may depend on region, provider inventory, subscription status, and backend service availability. Receive numbers may be changed, suspended, reclaimed, or discontinued if required by provider limitations, legal requirements, nonpayment, abuse prevention, or service changes.

10. No Professional Advice
FaxPro does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, insurance, or other professional advice. You are responsible for determining whether fax is appropriate for your intended use and whether a document transmission satisfies any applicable requirement.
11. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, plans, limits, providers, receive-number availability, pricing, or service operations at any time, subject to applicable law and App Store requirements.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to FaxPro if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security or legal risk, fail to maintain an active required subscription, or if continued service becomes unavailable or unlawful.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
FaxPro is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaxPro and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, failed delivery, delayed delivery, or document-related losses arising from your use of or inability to use FaxPro.
15. Third-Party Services
FaxPro may rely on third-party services for fax transmission, receiving, hosting, subscription validation, notifications, analytics, diagnostics, and support. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions, provider limitations, or recipient-side fax systems.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of FaxPro after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
