FaxPro ("FaxPro", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have when you use the FaxPro mobile application and related services.

- Documents you add, scan, import, send, receive, preview, or manage in the app

- Subscription status, product identifiers, transaction information, and purchase validation data provided through Apple StoreKit

- Device and technical information such as app version, device type, operating system version, install identifiers, backend access tokens, push notification tokens, diagnostics, logs, and crash information
2. Device Permissions
FaxPro may request access to device features only when needed for app functionality:
- Camera access is used to scan documents.
- Photo library access is used when you choose to import images.
- Files access is used when you choose to import documents.
- Contacts access may be used if you choose to select recipient information from your contacts.
- Notifications may be used to alert you about fax activity, received faxes, or service updates.
You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create, scan, import, preview, send, receive, and manage fax documents
- Generate cover pages and process recipient and sender information
- Provide fax inbox, sent history, delivery status, and document preview features
- Validate subscriptions and manage paid features
- Assign and manage receive numbers when available under your subscription
- Sync app settings and keep your account or installation authenticated
- Send notifications you enable
- Provide customer support and troubleshoot service issues
- Improve app reliability, security, and performance
- Prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and violations of our terms
- Comply with legal, tax, billing, security, and operational obligations
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.

- Subscription validation and Apple StoreKit purchase processing

5. Fax Documents and Sensitive Content
FaxPro may process documents that you choose to add, send, or receive. You are responsible for the documents you transmit and for ensuring that you have the right to send or receive them.
FaxPro is not intended to be used as an emergency communication service. Do not use FaxPro for emergencies or time-critical communications.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. FaxPro receives purchase validation information, subscription status, product identifiers, and transaction-related data needed to unlock paid features. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
7. Retention and Deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide FaxPro, maintain fax history, validate subscriptions, troubleshoot delivery issues, comply with legal or billing obligations, protect security, and prevent abuse.
Local app data may remain on your device until you delete it, change settings, or remove the app.
Sent fax PDFs may be cached on your device for history and preview, subject to local storage limits. Received faxes you delete may be hidden from your inbox and may no longer be available for download, while related metadata may be retained as needed for support, legal, security, billing, and operational purposes.

8. Your Choices
You may:
- Update sender information and app settings in the app
- Manage device permissions in iOS Settings

- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- Delete local documents or app data where supported
- Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no app, network, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Children

11. International Users
If you use FaxPro outside your country of residence, your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
