Holacanthella springtails are surprisingly colourful animal compared to what you'd expect, and despite being a SPRINGtail, they cannot jump. They can be from 6mm-17mm long depending on the species and individual, which sounds small, but they're the largest springtail. They only live in the small amounts of untouched indigenous forest remaining, making them good for judging forest health.
