FastLinkVPN can be used without registration or account login.

We do not actively collect or store your name, phone number, email address, account password, contacts, precise location, or other directly identifiable personal information.

To provide the app’s features, FastLinkVPN may process the following information locally on your device:

- The VPN server or connection node you select;

- VPN connection status and connection duration;

- Text you enter for encryption or decryption;

- Content you enter or paste to create a QR code;

- App language, theme, and other feature settings.

This information is mainly used to complete the actions you initiate. Your text, encryption results, decryption results, and QR code content are not uploaded to our servers.

2. VPN Connections

FastLinkVPN provides multiple VPN server options. You may select a server according to your needs and establish a VPN connection.

To provide the VPN service, the app must use your device’s network functions and create a system VPN configuration. These permissions are used only to establish or disconnect the VPN connection and display its connection status.

We do not actively read or store your browsing history, webpage content, search activity, account passwords, or the content of communications transmitted through the VPN connection.

Please note that VPN functionality requires data transmission over the internet. Connection performance may be affected by your network operator, device system, network environment, or server status.

3. Text Encryption and Decryption

FastLinkVPN provides text encryption and decryption tools.

The text you enter is processed locally on your device to generate encrypted results or restore decrypted content. We do not upload your entered text, encryption keys, encrypted results, or decrypted results to our servers.

Please keep important text, passwords, and decryption information secure. We cannot recover data or accept responsibility for losses caused by lost passwords, keys, or encrypted content.

4. QR Code Creation

FastLinkVPN allows you to convert text, links, and other content into QR codes.

QR codes are generated locally on your device. We do not actively collect, store, or analyze the content you enter when creating a QR code.

You are responsible for ensuring that the QR codes you create or share are lawful and do not contain illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate content.

5. App Permissions

To ensure that relevant features function properly, FastLinkVPN may request the following permissions:

- Network Permission: Used to establish VPN connections, access servers, and load app content;

- VPN Service Permission: Used to create and manage VPN connections on your device;

- Notification Permission: Used to display connection status and important feature notifications;

- Storage or Photo Permission: Used only when you choose to save, import, export, or share QR codes.

The specific permissions requested may vary depending on your device model, operating system version, and app version.

You may disable these permissions through your device settings. However, certain features may not function properly after the relevant permissions are disabled.

6. Advertising Services

FastLinkVPN may integrate third-party advertising SDKs to display advertisements and support the operation of the app.

Advertising providers may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, network status, and advertisement display or interaction data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We do not actively provide advertising providers with your text content, encrypted or decrypted content, QR code content, or browsing content.

You may manage your advertising identifier and personalized advertising preferences through your device’s privacy or advertising settings.

7. Data Storage and Deletion

FastLinkVPN feature settings, text-processing records, and QR code content are generally stored only on your device.

You may delete relevant data by:

- Deleting content generated or saved within the app;

- Clearing the app cache or app data;

- Uninstalling FastLinkVPN.

After the app is uninstalled, locally stored app data will generally be deleted by the device system. However, content exported to your photo library, file manager, or other apps must be deleted separately by you.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information within the app from unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure, or loss.

However, no network transmission, electronic storage method, or mobile device environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please protect your device and avoid sharing sensitive encrypted content, decryption information, or QR codes with unauthorized persons.

9. Children’s Privacy

FastLinkVPN is not primarily intended for children, and we do not knowingly or actively collect personal information from children.

If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us using the contact information below. We will review the matter and take appropriate action where necessary.

Because FastLinkVPN does not require account registration and most feature-related data is processed locally on your device, we generally cannot directly identify individual users.

You may manage app permissions, delete locally stored data, limit advertising tracking, or uninstall the app through your device settings.
