Aviso de cambio de nombre (11 de octubre de 2025): La aplicación Fastikk pasa a llamarse Fastyn. Todas las referencias a “Fastikk” en estos Términos, en recibos o en enlaces

¡Bienvenido a Fastyn! Estos Términos de Servicio (“Términos”) rigen tu uso de la aplicación móvil Fastyn (“App”) y cualquier servicio relacionado proporcionado por Fastyn
(“nosotros”, “nuestro”).
Al descargar, instalar o usar la App, aceptas estar sujeto a estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo con estos Términos, por favor no uses la App.
Aceptación de los Términos

Servicios de Suscripción
2.1 Suscripción Fastyn Plus
Fastyn ofrece un servicio de suscripción premium llamado “Fastyn Plus”.
La suscripción se factura mensualmente a $4.99 USD por mes.
Los nuevos suscriptores reciben una prueba gratuita de 7 días.
La suscripción se renueva automáticamente a menos que se cancele al menos 24 horas antes del final del período actual.
2.2 Características Incluidas
Fastyn Plus incluye:
Sesiones de ayuno ilimitadas
Modo de ayuno indefinido
Tarjetas inteligentes avanzadas (IMC, racha, proyección)
Registros de peso ilimitados
Recordatorios de agua, consejos y actividad
Funcionalidad completa del widget
Pago y Facturación
El pago se cargará a tu cuenta de Apple ID al confirmar la compra.
La suscripción se renueva automáticamente a menos que se desactive la renovación automática al menos 24 horas antes del final del período actual.
La cuenta se cargará para la renovación dentro de las 24 horas antes del final del período actual.
Las suscripciones pueden administrarse y la renovación automática puede desactivarse en la Configuración de tu cuenta después de la compra.
Prueba Gratuita
Los nuevos usuarios son elegibles para una prueba gratuita de 7 días de Fastyn Plus.
No se te cobrará durante el período de prueba gratuita.
Si no cancelas antes del final de la prueba gratuita, se te cobrará automáticamente la tarifa de suscripción.
Cancelación
Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento a través de la Configuración de tu cuenta de Apple ID.
La cancelación entrará en vigor al final del período de facturación actual.
No se proporcionarán reembolsos por cualquier parte no utilizada de la suscripción.
Responsabilidades del Usuario
Aceptas:
Proporcionar información precisa al usar la App.
Usar la App solo para fines legales.
No intentar aplicar ingeniería inversa o manipular la App.
No usar la App para diagnóstico o tratamiento médico sin consultar a un profesional de la salud.
Descargo de Responsabilidad de Salud
Fastyn está diseñada para apoyar el ayuno intermitente y el seguimiento de la salud.
La App no es un sustituto del consejo, diagnóstico o tratamiento médico profesional.
Siempre consulta con un proveedor de atención médica calificado antes de hacer cambios en tu dieta o rutina de ayuno.
No somos responsables de ningún problema de salud que pueda surgir del uso de la App.

Welcome to Fastyn! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fastyn mobile application (“App”) and any related services provided by Fastyn (“we,” “us,” or
“our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fastyn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Subscription Services
2.1 Fastyn Plus Subscription
Fastyn offers a premium subscription service called “Fastyn Plus.”
Subscription is billed monthly at $4.99 USD per month.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial.
Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
2.2 Features Included
Fastyn Plus includes:
Unlimited fasting sessions
Indefinite fasting mode
Advanced smart cards (BMI, streak, projection)
Unlimited weight records
Water, tips, and activity reminders
Full widget functionality
Payment and Billing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
Free Trial
New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of Fastyn Plus.
You will not be charged during the free trial period.
If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information when using the App.
Use the App only for lawful purposes.
Not attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App.
Not use the App for medical diagnosis or treatment without consulting a healthcare professional.
Health Disclaimer
Fastyn is designed to support intermittent fasting and health tracking.
The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet or fasting routine.
We are not responsible for any health issues that may arise from using the App.
Privacy
Your use of Fastyn is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at:

Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Fastyn are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability

inability to use the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such
