END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using the "AI Fast Food Menu Maker" application (the "Application").
By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Application.
1. LICENSE GRANT
AI Fast Food Menu Maker grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
b) Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
c) Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of AI Fast Food Menu Maker or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the Application.
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND AI GENERATIONS
The Application utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate promotional materials, menu designs, and other assets based on your inputs. You retain ownership of the text prompts you provide. By using the Application, you understand and agree that:
a) The AI-generated images and concepts are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of originality.
b) You are solely responsible for ensuring that your inputs and the resulting generated content do not violate any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES
Certain features of the Application are available only with a paid subscription or via in-app purchases.
a) Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
b) Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
c) Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the AI Fast Food Menu Maker development team.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
We care about data privacy and security. By using the Application, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy. The Application sends necessary text prompts to our secure servers and third-party AI providers strictly for the purpose of generating the requested designs.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from us, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, for business interruption, for loss of data or other information) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application.
9. AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
