Welcome to Fasteo. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our application. By downloading, installing, or using Fasteo, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Fasteo is a wellness tracking application designed for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Restriction By accessing or using Fasteo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use this application. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using the fasting tracking features. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service Fasteo provides wellness tracking features, including Intermittent Fasting timers, Water Intake logging, Weight tracking, and Apple HealthKit integration (Step and Sleep tracking). These features are provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only.
3. Health & Medical Disclaimer Fasteo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider before starting any fasting, diet, or exercise program.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information provided by this app.
If you experience any adverse health effects (e.g., dizziness, extreme fatigue, or pain) while fasting, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
4. User Responsibilities When using Fasteo, you agree to:
Provide accurate data (e.g., height, weight) for personal tracking.
Be solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
Ensure you are physically and mentally capable of undertaking any fasting activity.
5. Subscription & In-App Purchases Fasteo may offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
6. Apple App Store Terms You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Fasteo only, and not with Apple Inc. Fasteo, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
7. Intellectual Property All content within Fasteo (source code, UI design, graphics) is the property of Fasteo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.
8. Data Storage All personal and health data you enter into Fasteo is stored locally on your device. For more details on how your data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties Fasteo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or that the information provided is completely accurate or reliable.
10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fasteo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, health effects related to fasting, loss of data, or unauthorized access to your locally stored data.
11. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State, e.g., the State of California / mainland China], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
