1. Privacy Commitment Fasteo stores all your health and personal data locally on your device. We do not operate servers to store your fasting logs, weight records, or health information. Your data is yours alone.

2. Medical Disclaimer Fasteo is a tool for tracking intermittent fasting and wellness progress. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider before starting any new diet or fasting program.

3. Information We Collect (On-Device Only) The following data is stored on your device to provide app functionality:

• Profile: Nickname, gender, birthday, and weight goals.

• Fasting & Wellness: Start/end times, water intake, and weight logs.

• App Preferences: Language, notification settings, and units.

4. Apple HealthKit Integration Fasteo requests optional access to Apple HealthKit (Weight, Step Count, Sleep Analysis).

• Purpose: To sync and visualize your progress.

• Compliance: HealthKit data is never sent to external servers, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising or data brokering.

5. Data Storage & Security

• No Cloud Storage: We do not use external databases.

• Device Security: Your data is protected by iOS encryption and your passcode.

• Deletion: Uninstalling the app or using the "Clear All Data" feature in settings will permanently delete all records.

6. Third-Party Analytics We may use anonymous, aggregated analytics (e.g., feature usage frequency) to improve Fasteo. This data contains no personally identifiable information and no health/wellness data.

7. Children's Privacy Fasteo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
