In principle, all Fastclick does is bind to the touchend event and fire a click event on the same element. However, there are many edge cases, traps and pitfalls, all of which we have discovered, worked around and baked into fastclick. For example:

Note: As of late 2015 most mobile browsers - notably Chrome and Safari - no longer have a 300ms touch delay, so fastclick offers no benefit on newer browsers, and risks introducing bugs into your application. Consider carefully whether you really need to use it.

Based on the logs I was able to track down the problem to the fastclick package. If I remove this package from the app, it will run without any problems. But as soon as I re-add the package, the error log is thrown.

When using Drush, a development version of the library will be automatically downloaded when you enable the module. Command drush fastclick-download is also available.

Apparently, I have a problem with my safari. media.fastclick.net keep having advertisements when I read articles from national geographic.com . I am really worried with that. I have installed AdBlock but it seemed that it cannot solve the problem but only "relieve" the problem by blocking those ads. When i turn off it, those annoying advertisement come back again.
