Studio VPN Zarlo Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us") operates the FastCast mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information Collection and Use
FastCast is designed to provide seamless screen mirroring and casting capabilities. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal identifying information (PII) such as your name, address, or phone number.
A. Non-Personal and Diagnostic Data
For a better experience while using our App, we may collect non-personally identifiable diagnostic and technical information automatically, including:
- Device brand, model, and operating system version
- Screen resolution and device orientation
- Network connection type (Wi-Fi, Mobile data)
- App performance statistics, crash logs, and session durations
B. Device Permissions
To function properly, FastCast may request the following permissions:
- Local Network / Wi-Fi State (ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE): Required to discover and connect to streaming devices and TVs on the same local network.
- Internet Access (INTERNET): Required for network communication and ad delivery.
- Screen Capture / Media Projection: Used solely in real-time to stream your display to your selected target screen. We do NOT record, save, upload, or monitor your screen content.
2. Third-Party Services and Advertising
We may employ third-party companies and services to facilitate our App, serve advertisements, and analyze how our App is used. These third-party providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

3. Data Retention and Security
We value your trust in providing us your information. We do not store personal data on our servers. Screen casting occurs locally peer-to-peer across your local Wi-Fi network. While no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, we follow commercially acceptable standards to protect your information.
4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take necessary actions.
5. GDPR & CCPA Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or California (USA), you have certain data protection rights:
- Right to Access & Deletion: You have the right to request access to or deletion of data collected by third-party ad networks.
- Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: You can opt-out of interest-based advertising anytime via your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Delete Advertising ID / Reset Advertising ID).
- Consent Management: Where required by law, our App presents a Consent Management Platform (CMP) dialog to obtain your explicit consent for ad personalization and data processing.
