To centralize the cash, Dom's team attacks one of the locations and burns the money in front of Reyes' staff. Afraid of further attacks, Reyes consolidates the remaining money in an evidence vault inside a police station. Dom's team does surveillance, buys equipment, and acquires Reyes' handprint. After their fastest cars prove to be too slow for security cameras, they steal four 2010 Dodge Charger police cars to blend in. Vince rejoins Dom's team after saving Mia from Reyes' men. Hobbs' team eventually finds and arrests Dom, Mia, Brian, and Vince. While transporting them for extradition to the United States in a Gurkha LAPV, the convoy is attacked by Reyes' men. Dom, Brian, Mia, and Vince help Hobbs and Elena escape the ambush, but the rest of Hobbs' men and Vince are killed. Enraged at their team's deaths, Hobbs and Elena agree to help with the heist. They shot with 35mm cameras, and then there were a lot of Canon 7Ds hooked up on different parts of the train and vehicles to do little inserts. The whole sequence is a mix of both materials. They were shooting between three and five camera set-ups at a time. The idea here is to lower the amount of excess glycogen your body stores so you can enter ketosis faster, usually one of the hardest parts of an extended fast is switching from using glycogen as a primary fuel source to using ketones.

A lot of time is spent doing nothing. You'd be surprised how much time you spend eating. Between shopping for food, meal preparation, sitting down to eat and cleaning up. When you're fasting, none of this happens. So I found myself with plenty of time on my hands.

It was also cool to study the information offered by the Zero Fasting app whilst I was going through the fast. The app updates as you enter different stages and tells you about each one. Each day I found myself reading the blog posts and watching the videos on the app telling me about what was going on inside.

I tried to keep the five days as normal. Meaning, I'd do all the regular things I do: reading, coding, writing. I found little to no change in my cognitive abilities. If anything, I was able to concentrate more since I had more free time.

Every morning of the fast, including the morning after breaking the fast, we took progress shots. My goal wasn't weight loss or any kind of major body changes but it was cool to see everything tighten up.

Dom and our gang of anti-heroes try to get cars that can go fast enough to get past security cameras but even the fastest cars with the best drivers are spotted. But Dom still has a plan. Also, Gisele flirts with Reyes and gets his fingerprints from her bikini so they will be able to open the safe.

I suffer from headache and bad halitosis during the fasting period. I work very close with people and this is a problem for me.

Hi. I started about 10 days ago and it is going fine. I am of course hungry slot, but it is getting betting. I am also doing a lot of cross-fit during my fasting periods, 3 times a week. It is very hard after training, especially coming home at the weekend to a family enjoying breakfast. Question is can I have rest days? Not days when I become an eating monster but days where I still watch what I eat and drink but not when I eat and drink. I am soon going on holiday with my family and it will be hard to continue without being anti-social. Best Mark

I am a 26 years old woman and I was wondering if there could been any link with fasting 5 hours and having more facial hairs. Indeed, I practice intermittent fasting since at least 3 years, but the 16-8. I tried the 19-5 schedule, which was OK as well. However, I found studies stating that intermittent fasting drastically increases testosterone production, which can cause more hairs, acne, seborrhea, hair loss, and menstrual cycle irregularity. I have been having more acne and facial hairs recently, and their are darker too. Not a too big deal at the moment but I would rather not increase those traits. Have you any studies on the topic you could share? What do you think about this?
