This Privacy Policy explains how Fashion-Li AI: Try On (“App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect or process the following information:
Photos and Images
- full-body photos you select for virtual try-on;
- clothing or garment images you select from your photo library;
- product images extracted from shopping links you share with the App;
- AI-generated try-on result images.
Shopping Links
When you use the iOS share extension, the App may receive a product page URL from supported shopping apps or websites. We use this URL to fetch the product page and extract a clothing image.
App Usage Data Stored on Your Device
We may store app settings and usage information on your device, such as onboarding status, language preference, theme preference, subscription entitlement status, and remaining monthly try-on credits.
Purchase Information
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive subscription entitlement information through Apple StoreKit to determine whether you have an active subscription.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide virtual try-on generation;
- process clothing images and product links;
- display and save your generated wardrobe results;
- manage subscription access and monthly try-on limits;
- improve app functionality and user experience;
- troubleshoot errors and maintain security;
- comply with legal obligations.
3. Use of FASHN.ai API
The App uses the FASHN.ai API, available at https://fashn.ai, to generate virtual try-on images.
When you create a virtual try-on, your selected full-body photo, clothing image, generation parameters, and resulting generated output may be sent to FASHN.ai for processing. FASHN.ai processes this data to provide AI image generation services.
Your use of the App means you understand that virtual try-on generation requires transmitting these images to FASHN.ai. FASHN.ai’s handling of data is governed by its own policies, available at:

4. Other AI Services
The App may use Google Gemini or another AI service to analyze generated try-on images and provide style or fit-related commentary. If enabled, the generated try-on image may be sent to that AI provider for analysis.
5. Local Storage
Your full-body photo and saved wardrobe results are stored locally on your device using iOS app storage.
The App is designed so product images fetched from shopping links are processed for the try-on flow and are not permanently cached as standalone product-page assets. If you save a try-on result, the generated image and related garment image may be stored locally in your wardrobe.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only as needed with:
- FASHN.ai, for virtual try-on image generation;
- AI analysis providers, if image analysis features are enabled;
- Apple, for subscriptions, in-app purchases, and App Store functionality;
- shopping websites or servers, when the App fetches a product page or product image from a URL you provide;
- service providers or legal authorities if required to comply with law, protect rights, or prevent misuse.
7. Data Retention
Photos and wardrobe results stored locally remain on your device until you delete them, delete App data, or uninstall the App.
Images sent to third-party AI providers may be retained according to those providers’ own privacy and retention policies. We do not control third-party retention practices.
You can delete local app data from within the App where available, including your profile photo and wardrobe items.
8. Permissions
The App may request access to your photo library so you can select full-body photos and garment images. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings.
The App does not access photos unless you select them or grant the required permission through iOS.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Data Transfers
Third-party services used by the App may process information in countries other than your own. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed internationally where permitted by law.
12. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information.
Because much of the App’s data is stored locally on your device, you can delete local data directly in the App or by deleting the App. For questions about data processed by us or our service providers, contact us.
13. App Store Privacy Information
Apple may require us to provide privacy details in App Store Connect. The App Store privacy label is a summary and may not describe every detail of this Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
