The National Farmworker Jobs Program helps migrant and seasonal farmworkers acquire the skills needed to retain their agricultural job or start a new career. NFJP can help with career and job information and decisions, workplace readiness training, job training, services to farmworker families including tutoring, dropout prevention, paid and unpaid work experiences. They also help with housing assistance which helps to meet a critical need for the availability and quality of farmworker housing, and supports better economic outcomes for farmworkers and their families.
