Hi, I am a Lecturer at the Department of Economics, University of Bath. In addition to seven years of experience in academia, I have also worked with United Nations and OXFAM America. I received my PhD from American University, Washington D.C in 2020 as a Fulbright Scholar.
I am an applied microeconomist specializing in the field of behavioral development economics, with a strong emphasis on gender dynamics. Drawing on experimental and quasi-experimental methods, I study the behavioural, social and instituional barriers that limit female labor force participation, educational access and women's agency in developing countries.
