Welcome to Fardi. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our application.
Fardi is designed as an offline-first application.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal data on external servers.
All data entered into the app is stored locally on your device only, including:

Expenses and budgets
Item details such as name, price, and quantity

We do NOT collect:

Contact information
Financial or payment information
Usage analytics or tracking data
Fardi may request the following permissions only to provide core features:
Notifications: Used to send reminders and alerts. No data is sent externally.
Exact alarms and scheduling: Used for shopping reminders and scheduled tasks.
Full screen intent: Used to display alarm alerts on screen.
Vibration: Used for notification feedback.
Wake lock: Ensures alarms work properly even when the device is in sleep mode.
Storage access: Used only when exporting data such as PDF, CSV, or images manually by the user.
Internet access: Used only for loading Google Fonts. No personal data is transmitted.
All data is stored locally on your device using a secure local database.
This includes:
Shopping sessions
Expense records
Item lists
App preferences
Reminder settings
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it using built-in features such as PDF, CSV, or image sharing.
Fardi uses limited third-party libraries that run locally on your device:
Google Fonts for typography rendering
fl_chart for analytics visualization
PDF generation library for offline export
We do NOT use:
Advertising SDKs
Analytics or tracking tools
Social media integrations
Since all data is stored locally, its security depends on your device security.
We recommend using:
Screen lock (PIN, password, or biometrics)
Device encryption
If you uninstall the app, all local data will be permanently deleted.
Fardi does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If such data is found, it will be removed immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the app. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
