Roy Rodrigazo Luga is an international photographer, mass media consultant, editor, blogger and  digital marketing communication specialist who donates his talent to non-profit undertakings of non-government organizations and the Church. He has been a writer/contributor to their college publication who later became the Managing Editor of their college yearbook in 1984 at West Negros University, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines.  He studied Bachelor of Laws at University of Negors Occidental Recoletos (1984), Silliman University (1984 -1986) and graduated at San Sebastian College in 1988. He continued his passion even while  working in various government agencies extending his expertise managing publication projects including event planning and management. He held various positions in the government as Intelligence Officer, Legal Officer, Senior Executive Assistant, among others. He  is an ISO trained internal auditor. After early retirement in 2016 as Human Resource and Development Officer IV/Internal Auditor IV, he became the Managing Editor of Pilipinas Ngayon Na Business and Lifestyle Magazine with his long time friend and mentor Robert T. Rivera, as Publisher. Robert T. Rivera was the  former Deputy Secretary for Operations of the Office of the Press Secretary during the term of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo,  who became the President of RPN - 9.  Roy frequently travels to California to spend vacation with his sister, visit friends and enjoys taking pictures while producing documentaries of his travel. 

Today, he continues his digital media advocacy works by extending his talent to promote and develop other talents, designing and developing products for his friends, doing consultancy works for those who needs  his expertise, branding and re-branding  products and services to attune with the present condition.   He  is also the managing editor/consultant of RJS Collections, Beauty, Fashion and Lifestyle Magazine. His services  was sought by the Filipino American Press Club of California as Managing Consultant for their 2021 Souvenir Program Project, to help rebrand the organization, and to  design and develop their marketing communication plan and digital mass media communication system.  

FAPCCA 2021-2022  Virtual Induction Souvenir Program

The 2021 Virtual Induction of FAPCCA's Executive Officers, Board of Directors and Advisory Board consists of: 1.)  a 40 pages (8.5 x 11" full color) Souvenir Program; 2.  Audio Video Presentation (avp) of the Induction Ceremony; and, 3. design and development of website using Google Sites.

The project was undertaken in 2 weeks time under the supervision of Thelma Calabio, FAPCCA's founder,  as the Chairman of the Program Committee, Producer and Editor-In-Chief.    It was thru the joint effort of all the officers and members of FAPCCA that the project was finished within the given timeframe.  The video clips of the participants from the different states were produced in their respective places, sent via email and were post process in the Philippines including the souvenir program. After the post-prduction, the induction ceremony was held ONLINE.   A simple program was held afterwards via Zoom.
