Thank you for using our apps. We’re continually improving and producing more innovative products to bring the best values to yours. These terms of service are applied to all products of Fantasy. Please read carefully before using our apps.

By using Fantasy products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to these Terms, do not use our apps. If you are using our products on behalf of an organization (such as your employer), you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization, and are indicating that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that organization.

Auto Renewing Subscriptions:

Subscribed user has unlimited access to the app translation services including speech to text recognizing, translating, and text to speech.

Unsubscribed users can only use those services with a limited quota per day.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

General Prohibitions

You agree not to do—or attempt to do—any of the following:

Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Fantasy system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;

Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of Fantasy, Fantasy’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Anime Art’s providers;

Decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide Fantasy;

Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host, or network, including sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing Anime Art;

Access or search Fantasy or download any intellectual property from Fantasy through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like) other than our publicly supported interfaces;

Plant malware or use Fantasy to distribute malware;

Send any unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam;

Send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information, including “spoofing” or “phishing”;

Post or transmit anything that is fraudulent or misleading, or that infringes on others’ rights;

Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

Intimidate or harass another, or promote sexually explicit material, violence or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;

Any material which does or may infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or privacy rights of any other person;

Any material which is defamatory of any person, obscene, offensive, pornographic, hateful or inflammatory;

Any material that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offence, dangerous activities or self-harm;

Any material that is deliberately designed to provoke or antagonise people, especially trolling and bullying, or is intended to harass, harm, hurt, scare, distress, embarrass or upset people;

Any material that contains a threat of any kind, including threats of physical violence;

Any material that is racist or discriminatory, including discrimination on the basis of someone’s race, religion, age, gender, disability or sexuality;

Any answers, responses, comments, opinions, analysis or recommendations that you are not properly licensed or otherwise qualified to provide;

Violate the privacy of others;

Violate any applicable law or regulation; or

Encourage or enable any other individual to do any of the above.

Although we’re not obligated to monitor access to or use of Anime Art or your content or to review or edit any of your content or the intellectual property of other Anime Art users, we have the right to do so for the purpose of operating Anime Art, to ensure compliance with these Terms, or to comply with applicable law or other legal requirements. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any of your content, at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider any of your content to be objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects Anime Art. We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.

DMCA/Copyright Policy

We respect copyright law and expect you to do the same. It’s our policy to terminate those accounts that repeatedly infringe or are believed to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders.

The Products may provide features that allow you to insert or upload textual, visual, or other content as input (“Input”). Based on the Input, you may generate and receive as output visual content (“Output” and, collectively with Input, “User-Generated Content”).

We do not claim any ownership rights to the User-Generated Content. As between you and us, you own your Input, and we hereby assign to you any right we may have to the Output. You acknowledge and agree that others may receive identical or similar-looking Output.

We may use User-Generated Content for the purposes of operating, developing, and improving the Products, in accordance with the Anime Art privacy policy (for example, to improve the performance of machine learning models). You will not be entitled to compensation for any such use of User-Generated Content by us.

You are solely responsible for the User-Generated Content, and you represent and warrant that such content will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any person, and that you have all the rights and authorizations necessary to grant the license in the paragraph above and to create, use, or make available the User-Generated Content.

We may terminate your access to the Products if we find that your User-Generated Content violates these Terms, our policies or applicable law without prior notice to you.

We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the Products (“Feedback”). By submitting Feedback to us, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, and transferable license, under any and all intellectual property rights that you own or dispose, to use, reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, broadcast, distribute, sell, exploit, or otherwise make available the Feedback, or any portion thereof, in any media or technology now known or later developed, without any remuneration, compensation or credit to you.
