"zife" is the fourth studio album by The Lifeguard, and it's a twenty four-track album with four chapters each containing six tracks. Each side has a specific theme which is explored in the tracks themselves.

"I'm super proud of this one! I cooked, I really cooked. Some tracks are meh but I don't care, it's a roller coaster of sounds and emotions for all to enjoy. This feels like a theme park attraction, most of it is overwhelming."
