• Personal Information: When you log in, we collect your Email Address. This is used solely for account creation, authentication, and providing secure access to your profile.

• Image and Content Data: To enable the core features of the App, we collect images of you and the clothing items you upload.

• Usage Data: We may collect basic, anonymous data about how you interact with the App to help us improve performance and user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information We use the collected data strictly for providing and improving the App's functionalities:

• Virtual Try-On & AI Styling: The photos and clothing images you upload are processed using our AI models (including Google Gemini and VTON models) to generate styling suggestions and virtual try-on results.

• Account Management: Your email is used to securely manage your account and save your generated styling history across sessions.

• Service Improvement: We use non-personal data to monitor App stability and fix bugs.

3. Data Storage and Security Your privacy is our priority. We do not store your data loosely.

• We use Google Firebase and Firestore as our primary secure databases.

• Your email, uploaded photos, and generated images are stored securely on Firestore servers.

• We implement industry-standard security measures and encryption to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data and images.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services We do not sell, rent, or publicly share your personal information, photos, or generated images with any unauthorized third parties. However, to operate the App, we utilize trusted third-party service providers:

• Google Firebase / Firestore: For secure backend database hosting and user authentication.

• Google Gemini API & VTON Models: Your images are securely transmitted to these AI models exclusively for the purpose of generating your requested try-on results and styling suggestions. These services process the data temporarily and are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

• Google Play Services: For app distribution and core Android functionalities.

5. Image Privacy Guarantee We understand the sensitive nature of your photos.

• Images uploaded to Fan AI are used only for the Virtual Try-On and styling features within the App.

• We do not use your images for facial recognition tracking outside the scope of the App.

• We do not share your personal photos with advertising networks.

6. User Rights and Data Deletion You have full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account, your email, and all associated images stored in our database, you can do so by contacting us directly. Upon request, we will permanently delete your data from our Firestore database.

7. Children's Privacy Fan AI is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take immediate steps to delete it.
