The Booking Tool allows you to set up the initial "Intro Call" as well as scheduling ongoing "Quick Support Calls" with your assigned Placement Coordinator.

Selecting Date & Time of Call w/ Placement Coordinator

Select a Date for your Call
From the Select Staff dropdown select your Assigned Placement Coordinator
Placement Coordinator availability will display
Select your preferred call time

Adding Your Details

Scroll Down to Add Your Details
Enter First & Last Name
Email - MUST be your WGU Email address
Enter Best Contact Phone Number
Address - Not Required

To avoid delaying your Clinical Internship, stay in close contact with your Placement Coordinator.

Intro Call

In the Intro Call, your Placement Coordinator will review the requirements of your Clinical Internship Placement and discuss the your next steps within the placement process.

Quick Support & Follow-up Calls

Quick Support Calls - You can always reach out for Quick Support to answer current questions or address any concerns you may have.

Follow-up Calls - Your Placement Coordinator will be scheduling regular follow-up calls with you to guide you through the next steps regarding your specific placement.
