These terms and conditions apply to the Family Location GPS Tracker app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Brandon Francis (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
By downloading or utilizing the Application, you agree to the following terms. Please read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as effective and user-friendly as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for specific features or services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Location services are utilized solely for the functionality of the Application (e.g., displaying your location on a map) but are processed locally on your device. Third-party tools such as Firebase, RevenueCat, and AppsFlyerLib are integrated to enhance the user experience and manage subscription services. These tools do not grant the Service Provider access to your personal data or precise location.
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which could compromise security features and lead to malfunctions or vulnerabilities in the Application.
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function properly due to lack of internet access or if you exceed your mobile data allowance.
If you are using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, be aware that your mobile network provider's terms may apply, potentially leading to charges for data usage or roaming fees. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, the Service Provider assumes you have obtained permission to use the Application.
The Service Provider is not responsible for specific aspects of your usage of the Application, such as ensuring your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery, preventing access to the Application, the Service Provider cannot be held liable.
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, but some functionalities may rely on third-party services. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from reliance on such functionalities.
The Application is available based on current operating system requirements, which may change over time. You will need to download updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that updates will always be relevant to you or compatible with your device's operating system. By using the Application, you agree to accept updates when offered.
The Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:

You must stop using the Application and delete it from your device if necessary.
