iAmor Family Location Tracker ("iAmor," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our mobile application and related services (the "App").
This version is intended to reflect the App's current product behavior more accurately, including that the App's primary flow does not require traditional account registration before use.
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the App, including information stored locally on your device and information processed through features that involve network or service-based functionality.

approximate location, where provided by the operating system
background location, if you grant "Always" or equivalent background location permission

The App may allow you to set profile-style information on your device, such as:
device name
display name
avatar selection
locally chosen profile image
Based on the App's current design, this information may be stored locally on your device to personalize the App experience and identify your device within App features.
If you choose to set an avatar photo or use photo-related features, the App may access:
camera input
images you select from your photo library
This access is used only to support the feature you actively choose to use, such as selecting or capturing a profile image.
If you enable notifications, the App may use notification permissions and related preference data to support:
geofence alerts
safety reminders
tracking-related prompts
product and feature notices
The App may store certain data locally on your device, such as:
onboarding progress
feature guidance progress
notification preference states
geofence-related local states
paywall display timing
premium status stored for local experience control
This information helps the App remember your preferences and maintain product behavior across sessions on your device.
If you purchase a subscription through Apple, we may receive limited subscription-status information necessary to determine whether premium features should be available in the App. Billing is handled by Apple, not by us directly.
We may use the information described above to:
provide and operate the App's core tracking and safety features
display maps, routes, geofence alerts, and location-related results
personalize your device profile and App experience
support permissions-based features such as camera, photo, location, and notifications
remember preferences and product state on your device
provide premium feature access when applicable
improve product quality, stability, and user experience
protect users, prevent misuse, and enforce our Terms
comply with legal obligations
The App's current product flow uses local, on-device storage for certain information and state management. For example, profile-style data, onboarding status, and feature preferences may be stored on your device using local storage or similar device-level mechanisms.
If you delete the App from your device, locally stored App data may be removed, subject to how iOS manages device storage and backups.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share or disclose information only in limited circumstances, such as:
with service providers that help us operate App functionality, if and when such providers are used
with platform providers such as Apple where necessary for subscription, distribution, or platform operation
to comply with legal obligations, lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and property
in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of assets, subject to applicable law
If a specific feature later introduces additional third-party processing, we will update this Privacy Policy or provide feature-specific disclosures as appropriate.
You can manage most device permissions through your iPhone settings.
You may withdraw location access at any time through device settings. Disabling location may prevent the App from providing tracking, route, geofence, or safety-related features.
If you do not allow background location, some real-time tracking and geofence functions may not work as intended while the App is closed.
You can grant or revoke camera and photo access through device settings. If revoked, avatar-photo and camera-based features may no longer function.
You can disable notifications through iOS settings. If disabled, you may miss geofence, safety, or tracking-related alerts.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the App, maintain safety and security, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Some information may be stored locally on your device until you change it, clear it, or remove the App.
The App is not intended for individuals who are not legally permitted to consent to the processing of their personal information under applicable law without appropriate authorization.
Where minors use the App, we encourage parents or legal guardians to review the App's use and provide any consent or supervision required by law.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure.
If information is processed outside your place of residence, we will take steps intended to ensure that such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App or by other reasonable means. The updated effective date will be shown at the top of this page.
