iii George Watson B. 1888. A Corporal with the Royal Engineers by 1918 and based in France during WW1. George married Lilian Jean Heaphy on the 03.01.1918 in St. Munchins, COI, Limerick City. Witnesses were George Mortimer Heaphy and B. Cox. [See Heaphy Family Page] George and Lilian Jean moved to live in Cambridge, England and live in Hardwich street, Cambridge according to the UK Electoral Registers from 1923 to 1931. George died between 1930 and 1931. Following his death, Lilian Jean moved with her family to Ipswich, London. Children:
Dorothy Jean Watson (1920 - 2005, Ipswich, London). Dorothy firstly married Erle Daniel Webster (1923 - 1971) in 1944, Suffolk, England. Erle, born Massachusetts, was the son of Frank Erle Webster & Phoebe Wilber Farris and enlisted in the US Army, Branch Immaterial - Warrant Officers, in February of 1943 in Boston, Massachusetts. The couple had two children: Daniel F Webster (1946 - 1965) and Phoebe Louise Webster (1947 - 1947). The couple divorced and Dorothy Jean married secondly to Victor G Sharman, England, in 1954.
Daily Mirror, 08 June 1965. Two TT Fans die in Crash. Two motor-cycle racing fans were killed yesterday when their own machines crashed on a mountain section of the TT course on the Isle of Man. They were Daniel Webster, 19, an apprentice carpenter, of Humber Doucylane, Ipswich, Suffolk, and David Abraham, 19, a Post Office Engineer, of Abbot road, Bury St, Edmonds, Suffolk. Webster's parents were traced on holiday to Torquay.
