The Potter family were an English family based at Cambridge, England. William Potter, born 1852 married Susan [Unknown], born 1853 and had the following children according to the 1891 UK census, Castle Camps, Cambridgeshire: 

i Kate Potter B. 1872

ii Charles Potter B. 1880. Married Alice Johnston in 1908. Children:

• Alice Potter

• Elsie Potter 

• Mabel Potter 

iii Emily Potter B. 1885

iv Isabel Potter B. 1889. Married George Mortimer Heaphy, son of John Eyre Heaphy and Mary Jane Boyd, in 1938, COE, Pancras District, London. They both lived at Cambridge. [See Heaphy Family Page]. Isabel Potter Heaphy died on the 01.12.1947. George Mortimer Heaphy died on the 08.09.1962, Cambridge. (England Wills: Heaphy, George Mortimer of Cambridge, 1963).  No Children.

William and Susan also had a step daughter, named Jeanette Fricker, born 1885 (1921 Census of England). By the 1921 Census of England, William and Susan were living at London, Middlesex.
