One-Click Transactions Credit Card Payment Agreement
You authorize FamiCare to process one-click transaction charges to your credit card. The amount specified below will be charged for each authorized transaction. A receipt will be sent to your registered email, and the transaction will appear on your credit card statement. No prior notification will be provided unless there is a change in the transaction amount or date, in which case you will receive at least 10 days' notice before the charge is processed. You will also receive email notifications regarding any modifications to this agreement or in cases of insufficient funds for processing the transaction.

I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel it in writing. I agree to notify FamiCare at least 7 days prior to the next billing date if there are any changes to my account information or if I wish to terminate this authorization. If the scheduled payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, I acknowledge that the transaction may be processed on the next business day.
I further confirm that all transactions comply with applicable U.K. laws, and I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card. I will not dispute any authorized transactions, provided they align with the terms outlined in this agreement.
