This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and FamiCare ("Company") governing your use of the FamiCare software ("Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant
FamiCare grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software on a compatible device for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions
You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party.

• Use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

• Circumvent any security features or technological measures implemented in the Software.

4. Data Collection & Privacy
FamiCare may collect and process certain personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to such data collection and processing.

5. Software Updates
FamiCare may provide updates, patches, or enhancements to the Software. These updates may be installed automatically, and continued use of the Software indicates acceptance of any modifications.

6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate if you violate any of its terms. FamiCare reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at its sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FamiCare does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FamiCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
