The official Fall Guys Twitter account warned people not to believe any adverts about Fall Guys on mobile a while ago. It confirmed that Fall Guys is only available on PC and PS4 (at the time) and that anything else you see is a scam. The tweet also included a screenshot of one of these scams, where the mouse cursor is clearly visible on the smartphone.

You can play Fall Guys on your mobile by streaming it from your PC or from your console. You need to own a console with a copy of Fall Guys, a stable internet connection, and an external controller will help.

This may change in the future since Epic Games has a habit of bringing popular full-size titles to Android and iOS through mobile ports. Rocket League and Fortnite are also owned by the massive publisher, and both have their own mobile game versions.

We could eventually see a Fall Guys port to mobile, and if we did, it would almost certainly be a huge hit. The game already lends itself well to casually jumping in and competing, much like Rocket League. As it stands right now, though, the only way to access the game is through service like Boosteroid which offer PC games through streaming services.

It's a Knockout, a game show forcing contestants to dress up in oversized costumes, inspired the idea that the characters should "have that element of being completely uniquely, badly designed for the task that we were gonna put them through".[84] The ragdoll physics is deliberate, to avoid "hyper athletic Ninja Warrior characters" and because "falling over is funny".[84] According to Walsh, striking the right balance between funny ragdoll collisions and game performance was critical, because "as soon as you lose the ragdoll-ness of the character, you lose the comedy".[88] The character designs were inspired by the look of vinyl toys.[92]

The Chinese company Bilibili announced in August 2020 that it would develop a mobile version for Android and iOS that would be exclusive to China.[103][104] The deal expired in 2022 and Fall Guys announced that their exclusive content and accounts on Bilibili would be run by Epic from now on.[105]

On 11 October 2022, the hashtag #savefallguys started trending on Twitter.[170][171] This was to get Mediatonic's attention and ask the company to fix numerous problems that fans have had with the game including lack of round variety, bugs, sub par events, prices in the in-game shop, how skill based matchmaking is implemented, and more.[172][173] On 15 November 2022, the Fall Guys Twitter account stated that in order for the game to stay stable, some rounds will be "vaulted" and rounds will be rotated in and out of the vault.[121] Fans criticized this move citing how removing pre existing rounds doesn't help anything and makes the game lose its replayability. This sparked another hashtag, #unvaultfallguys on 20 January 2023.[174]

Update, August 24, 2020: Mediatonic confirmed in a statement to GamesIndustry.biz that Fall Guys is indeed coming to mobile in China, courtesy of Bilibili. But it looks like there's no other mobile version in the works at the moment.

The studio's co-founder, Paul Croft, said: "We can confirm Bilibili have secured publishing rights to a mobile version in China. As you can imagine, we've had a lot of questions about platforms since launch, and of course we'd love to release on more platforms in the future but for now we're focusing our efforts on PC and PS4."

The page shows a trailer for Mediatonic's game, and presents Bilibili as Fall Guys' "exclusive agent" for mobile in mainland China (translation via Google). Some introductory text about the title is also partly attributed to Fall Guys' creative director Jeff Tanton.

Mediatonic has yet to confirm this mobile version of Fall Guys in the country, but it's worth noting that the game was showcased at Bilibili World in early August, as seen on the game's Twitter account. GamesIndustry.biz has reached out to Mediatonic for comments.

As reported by games market analyst Daniel Ahmad, Chinese games company Bilibili has secured the rights to a mobile version of Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout. At the moment it's only set to release in China, but after going to all the effort of creating a mobile version, it would certainly make sense for the game to eventually be released in the west. It seems no other mobile versions are in the works right at this moment, however, with Mediatonic co-founder Paul Croft telling Gamesindustry.biz that the studio is currently "focusing [its] efforts on PC and PS4", but would like to see Fall Guys released on more platforms in future.

Somewhat ironically, last week Fall Guys had to release a warning about fake adverts for a mobile version of Fall Guys, reminding players that "Fall Guys is only available on PC & PS4" and that the mobile versions were "scams". The release of a Chinese mobile version is sure to make spotting those a little more complicated.

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is a very popular game. However, its player numbers might grow even larger if the recent rumors are true. According to an announcement by Chinese games and entertainment company Bilibili, the company has secured the rights to publish a mobile version of the game in China.

Your host, Niko Vuori, speaks with Laura Shen, the marketing lead for Solana Mobile, to learn more about the Saga phone and its significance. We explore the challenges of mobile-unfriendly web3, including app store restrictions, and the importance of making web3 accessible on mobile devices to drive mass market adoption.

Fall Guys is an IP worth cultivating across as many platforms as possible. While empowering players to create their own obstacle courses will not dramatically increase the player base for Fall Guys, a mobile version could. The success and expansion of Eggy Party suggests that there is still demand for a Fall Guys mobile game, and with the Apple vs. Epic trial wrapping up, I wonder if Epic will look more favorably at reentering the mobile market.

Now a Nintendo Switch port is announced. When is the game coming to Nintendo Switch? Are Xbox and mobile ports on the cards? What about crossplay? Here's everything we know about Fall Guys' inevitable migration over to other platforms.

On August 22, analyst Daniel Ahmad revealed on Twitter that Chinese company Bilibili had gotten the right to release a mobile version of Fall Guys in China. No release window was given for this port, and even when it comes to fruition it's unknown if this version of Fall Guys will ever be released outside of China.

Fall Guys developer Mediatonic did officially confirm that the port was in the works to GamesIndustry.biz. "We can confirm Bilibili have secured publishing rights to a mobile version in China," Co-Founder Paul Croft stated. "As you can imagine, we've had a lot of questions about platforms since launch, and of course we'd love to release on more platforms in the future but for now we're focusing our efforts on PC and PS4."

Croft's statements affirm what the website says about ports of Fall Guys coming to other platforms, but they also don't bode well for anyone hoping to try the game on iOS and Android outside of China. For now, just avoid scams claiming its already available on mobile and play the game on PC or PS4.

It is unknown if the Chinese mobile version of Fall Guys will have any kind of compatibility with the PC and PS4 versions of the game. The developers are looking to gauge fan enthusiasm, so anyone who wants cross-play should say so on the game's official Discord.

That said, there are arguments for and against releasing a mobile version of Fall Guys. With Stumble Guys and Eggy Party already proving so popular, there might not be much of a market left for a mobile version of Fall Guys to conquer. Then again, the success of Eggy Party and Stumble Guys has provided solid proof of concept and shown there is an appetite for this genre amongst mobile players.

Stumble Guys was also the third most downloaded game of 2022, according to data from mobilegamer.biz, beating the likes of established mobile games including Candy Crush Saga and Roblox. In total, Stumble Guys raked in over 219 million downloads.

Mediatonic, the developer of the newly released battle royale game, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, has warned players about a scam making its way around YouTube about a fake mobile version of the popular game.

For all intents and purposes, yes. Back when the game first came out, The Verge reported that Fall Guys developer Mediatonic was in talks over releasing a mobile version of the game. However, Mediatonic isn't working on it themselves. At the time, Chinese entertainment company Bilibili secured the rights for a Fall Guys mobile game. What's more, this version of the game will only be published in China.

In the absence of a legitimate mobile version of Fall Guys, a shameless copy has been picking up steam. Stumble Guys is an online battle royale knockout game where 32 players compete in zany minigames until one winner emerges. The game was first released on Android and iOS back in 2021.

According to mobilegamer.biz, Stumble Guys has topped mobile gaming charts around the world, raking in over $21 million in microtransactions. This is either a testament to the people's desire for a mobile Fall Guys flocking to the next best thing or a sign that Stumble Guys is just a legitimately enjoyable game on its own, but we couldn't say for sure.

Play Stumble Guys: Multiplayer Royale online for free with now.gg mobile cloud. There will only be one winner in Stumble Guys, the massively multiplayer knockout Action game by Kitka Games. Up to 32 people compete against each other online in ever-increasing pandemonium.

However, while playing Fall Guys on mobile may sound appealing to current fans, as well as a new audience, the game is only confirmed for China with no word on whether the West will get the hit title on smartphones too. ff782bc1db
