Nyx: Freedom Quest invites players to embark on a journey through a world overshadowed by cruelty and despair, as Nyx seeks to find her own freedom and save her fellow feline friends from a bleak existence.
On this project, I worked as a Game Design Intern. Throughout the three months I worked with the team, I worked on developing different types of challenges and puzzles for players to complete throughout the platformer. As well as drafting different documentation to explain these mechanics to other designers and team leads. Once these were approved I fleshed them out to be added to the game design document for the rest of the team to start developing it in engine.

Pushing block puzzles in the sewers portion of the game
Slashing puzzles
Fleshed out the lives mechanic to make it resemble something like a cat
