Be a Leader

Any person designated as a church staff member, Elder, Deacon or leader within Cadets, GEMS, Kingdom Builders, Mile Markers, Youth Group, Friendship Bible Study, Project Serve, Coffee Break, Coffee Break Nursery, Coffee Break Little Lambs, Coffee Break Story Hour, Vacation Bible School, Church Nursery, Elevate, Kids of The Kingdom, or Kids Hope USA program must sign the Leadership Commitment Form (linked above) on a yearly basis. This form must be signed before an individual is allowed to serve in that specific ministry.

Profession of Faith Mentors, Elders, Deacons, and Leaders within the Youth Group, Mile Markers, Kingdom Builders, Kids of the Kingdom, Elevate, Kids Hope USA, Friendship Bible Study,  Project Serve, GEMS, or Cadet ministry programs must have a completed and approved criminal background check on file with the church before they can begin serving in that specific ministry or office. The background check must have occurred within the last three years. Linked above is information on how a background check is processed once received.

When a Leader signs the Leadership Commitment Form, please know that they are agreeing to adhere to the policies laid out in Faith's Safe Church Policy.
