By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Faguplay is a simple children’s gaming app designed for ages 3 years and above.
The App includes basic games such as:
Tic-Tac-Toe
Truth & Dare
Tap War
Other similar simple and child-safe mini games
The App does not include:
Billing or subscriptions
In-app purchases
Advertisements (if applicable)
AI features
User accounts or login
Online multiplayer
The App is intended for children 3+.
Children may use the App, but parents or legal guardians are responsible for:
Allowing the child to use the App
Supervising the child’s gameplay
Ensuring the device is safe and appropriate for the child
Faguplay does not require any account or registration.
The App does not:
Collect personal data
Store information on external servers
Track users
Access contacts, location, camera, or microphone
Any game progress, if stored, is saved only on the device.
You agree to use the App only for lawful and appropriate purposes.
You must not:
Modify, copy, or reverse-engineer the App
Use the App in a way that disrupts or harms the App or device
Attempt to access any part of the App not intended for users
Because the App is meant for children, you must not upload or share any harmful or inappropriate material (the App does not allow uploads anyway, but this still applies).
All games, graphics, icons, text, and designs inside Faguplay belong to me (the developer).
You are allowed to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
Copy or redistribute the App
Create modified versions of the App
Use the App’s content for commercial purposes without permission
I am committed to providing a safe environment for children.
Faguplay does not include chat, messaging, or user-generated content.
If you find any issue or content you believe is unsafe, please contact me.
In cases involving child safety concerns, I may cooperate with legal authorities.
The App is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind.
I do not guarantee that:
The App will work on all devices
The App will remain free from bugs or technical issues
Gameplay will be uninterrupted
You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, I am not responsible for:
Damage to your device
Loss of data
Issues caused by misuse of the App
Since the App is free and contains no purchases, my total liability is limited to zero.
I may update or modify the App at any time to improve performance or add/remove features.
I may update these Terms when needed. If changes are made, the new Terms will be available inside the App or on the App Store page.
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
