In recent years, there have been numerous incidents where celebrities have violated the law, causing their once adoring fans to witness their fall from grace. One such example occurred on September 11, 2022, when the Beijing police announced that actor Li was detained for soliciting prostitution. Media reports later revealed that the actor in question was Li Yifeng. Similar scandals are not isolated within the entertainment industry. On July 31, 2021, Wu Yifan (Kris Wu) was criminally detained by the Chaoyang Public Security Bureau on suspicion of rape. On August 10, his lawyer confirmed allegations of rape of an underage fan in Los Angeles. On August 16, the Chaoyang District People's Procuratorate approved the arrest of Wu Yifan on charges of rape after a lawful review. On the evening of October 21, 2021, the Chaoyang Public Security Bureau issued a statement regarding the prostitution incident involving pianist Li Yundi. According to reports received from the public, there were individuals involved in prostitution activities in a residential area in Chaoyang. The police conducted an investigation in accordance with the law and apprehended Chen Mouhui (female, 29 years old) for engaging in prostitution and Li Mou (male, 39 years old) for soliciting prostitution. After interrogation, both individuals confessed to the illegal activities and have been administratively detained by the Chaoyang Public Security Bureau.

A onefold penalty of 946,000 yuan was imposed for the company's understatement of income tax. Furthermore, based on Article 69 of the "People's Republic of China Tax Collection and Administration Law" and Article 93 of the "Implementation Regulations of the People's Republic of China Tax Collection and Administration Law," a 0.5-fold penalty was imposed for Fan Bingbing's two companies, respectively, for failing to withhold and pay individual income tax and for providing illegal facilitation, amounting to 51 million yuan and 65 million yuan, respectively.
