Fachat maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding content that exploits, endangers, or inappropriately depicts minors. This prohibition applies to:
A.Any images, videos, or media depicting the sexual exploitation of minors, whether real or artificially generated
B.Any text content describing or promoting the sexual exploitation of minors
C.Any other content that depicts minors in an inappropriate manner
Violations of this policy constitute grounds for immediate and permanent account termination. All instances of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
This policy exists to protect children from exploitation and prevent serious harm to victims. No exceptions will be made to these terms.
2.Age Restrictions and Requirements
You must be 18 years or older to use Fachat. Any attempt to falsify your age to gain access to the platform will result in immediate account suspension or removal.
3.Prohibited Content
You explicitly acknowledge and agree that any form of CSAE, including but not limited to the sexualization of minors or the depiction of sexual content involving minors, is strictly prohibited on our platform. This policy applies to all users and encompasses any attempt to solicit, share, distribute, or promote such content, regardless of its form or intent.
3.1 Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
We employ both automated and manual monitoring systems to detect and prevent CSAE. Any attempts to bypass or circumvent these detection systems will result in immediate action. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will be considered violations:
A.Sharing, creating, or distributing content related to child sexual abuse or exploitation.
B.Engaging in any activity that sexualizes minors, including sexualized discussions, roleplaying, or the use of inappropriate attire.
C.Depictions of child nudity or sexualization, including through artwork, drawings, or animations.
3.2 Other Prohibited Content Related to Minors
Harmful Acts Involving Minors:
a)Threatening, encouraging, or engaging in physical harm toward minors.
b)Engaging in psychological manipulation, coercion, or abuse of minors.
c)Promoting or depicting dangerous behaviors involving minors.
d)Advocating for or depicting child neglect, trafficking, or exploitation.
Underage Presence and Account Restrictions:
a)The presence of minors in live streams, videos, or any content on the platform is strictly prohibited.
b)Creating, managing, or facilitating accounts on behalf of minors is not allowed.
c)Any attempts to falsify age or bypass platform age restrictions are prohibited.
By using our platform, you agree to comply with these rules and understand the consequences of violating them.

In our commitment to maintaining a safe environment for all users, we have established comprehensive measures for reporting and addressing instances of CSAE on our platform.
