I'm looking for a "best practice" kind of answer with regard to Facebook Apps and staging/production environment. Instinctively, I've provided each environment with its own Facebook App, complete with its own ID and secret. It appears (here, here and through extensive Googling) that it's simply not possible to share OG configuration across apps, so I've been copying application settings across environments (icon, requested permissions and texts, etc). It's been a pain and ugly, but I've lived with it.

I asked practically the same question at a breakout session at F8 last year. Creating multiple apps is the best practice. They are aware that it is an inconvenience, especially with the open graph objects and actions. They did however mention the possibility of setting up apps in the future via the API, but I am still waiting for this. Until then, it's a manual process.

This is my step-dad's Galaxy A01 running Android 11. His storage is being eaten up by several large apps like Facebook, Google play services, and messenger, which all have duplicate installations that have this double red circle icon in the bottom right corner.

These versions of the apps are not logged into anything but are still eating up tons of space. I thought maybe they were apps from a work profile, but there doesn't even appear to be an option in the settings for a work profile ("work" only returns network settings options).

On a similar note, if anyone can tell me why Im not able to move apps freely to the SD card that would be greatly appreciated. He got an SD card for Christmas expand his storage, but the storage problem is coming from apps, not files. And most apps can't be moved, and new apps can't be set to install to the SD card by default. So the vast majority of the SD card is sitting empty. It's literally almost 2022, the phone literally runs Linux, why is expanding storage such a problem for Google and Samsung?

I already enabled developer mode to force the OS to allow more apps to be moved to the SD card, but it's still a manual process, and many apps still can't even be moved. Samsung explicitly disabled the "format as internal storage" option apparently, which makes absolutely no sense.

Hi. I've already denied Social web & photo sharing -> Facebook in Layer 7 and also Social Networking on Content Blocking. But only the web browser based and Messenger apps get blocked. The Facebook app still goes through these filters. Any suggestions?
