So I ran training A face to B face (A to replace, B is the replacement). Using "warp to landmarks", it looks pretty solid after not too long, but the guides and tooltips all say that you should use "no warp" for final details. So I did that (and someone in a different thread explained that it's using BOTH Warp to Landmarks and NO Warp that's correct so I did that) and left it running overnight, but it's like three copies of the original face now.

To confirm, I did a conversion and it doesn't even look like a faceswap has happened for the most part. The face is also really blurry after 200k plus iterations. What am I doing wrong? This is with DFl-h128. Videos are simple in nature - think modeling shot with a single person like this: No other people, no complex backgrounds, some variation of face position, but mostly head-on.

I just tested with a second video (same source face). Same result. As soon as I select "no warp", the result after 8 hours is that it looks like some kind of hybrid of the two faces instead of clearly the replacement face which is what it looked like before I clicked no warp. Near as I can tell, no warp consistently ruins training and should not be used.

Final details happen only once the model is fully trained. "Blurry" faces is a sign that you're not ready for that yet, and you might be turning off the warp when the model doesn't know enough about the faces so it resorts to memorization/passing the face through from the source instead of learning how to create the face properly.

I ran into the same issue last week. I ran 900K iterations on DFl-H128 with "No warp" unchecked and another 200K iterations with "No warp" checked at the end. The thumbnails in the training tab looked good when the training finished, but the final converted video was a hybrid of the two faces. You said the final conversion was impressive in the above post. What did you do to improve it? Did you train with "No warp" unchecked during the whole training session or did you train a different model?

They just made a change. To change the watch faces just touch and hold in middle of watch face and it will shift to the mode of changing watch faces and you can slide left and right to your different saved watch faces.

I put in a new clock face, but my battery started dying in less than a day. So I am trying to get that one off and apply a new one. My phone is stuck on "switching"--for a day now. I purchased the Sleek Analog clock face through my Fitbit app. It displays temp and stats and EATS battery life. I tried to switch it and, long story short, was unable to. I spent an hour on chat with Fitbit and ended with a non-functioning Ionic which just flashes the logo. The final answer from Fitbit was to buy a new one for a 25% discount. My advice, stay away from that clock face and from Mayer clock faces.

I have the same issue with my Ionic. Clocks app is stuck on "switching" and there is no way to stop the process - i have tried uninstalling the fitbit app, cycle power on both the watch and the phone, disconnect and reconnect WiFi, etc. Any help will be appreciated.

I have an additional symptom of the right-most third of the screen on my Ionic displaying that portion of the old clock face, and the left 2/3 not displaying anything, but I assume that's because the new clock face hasn't completed the install.

Hi there, I'm very late to this discussion but have just had this same issue on my Fitbit versa. I tried all of the tips, restarting Fitbit and phone, checking Bluetooth connection, uninstalling app, clearing cache and data, allowing permissions, nothing worked. If was still stuck on switching clocks in the app. I tried scrolling through my Fitbit and where it has my saved clocks, I tried to select a new one. My phone wouldn't allow me to do this, but my Fitbit did! The last clock saved was the one I had stuck switching in the app for days. So I am able to switch between clocks that I have saved, but the app is still stuck "switching". Very frustrating but at least I can change between a few different clocks in the meantime!

The Switch by Face outputs relays one of its inputs according to if the rendered surface is facing the camera ( Front ) or facing away from the camera ( Back ).

NOTE: This node initially was only valid over fragment ports as it uses a face semantic over the fragment function signature to get the value. Now it also work on vertex ports but at the expense of additional instructions as it needs to be manually calculated and its not as precise as the one given by the face semantic.

Go into edit mode select everything or just the individual face you want flipped and then go Mesh>Normals>Flip Normals. You can also recalculate the normals to fix shading issues by selecting everything in edit mode and hitting Ctrl + N.
