Face Swaps Pro is an AI-powered application that allows users to create AI face swaps and edit images.

You retain ownership of all photos and images you upload.
By uploading content, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your images solely for generating the requested AI face swap results.
You agree not to upload or generate content that:
Contains sexually explicit content
Promotes violence, hate, or harassment
Violates another person's copyright, privacy, or intellectual property rights
Uses another person's face without permission for fraud, impersonation, or malicious deepfakes
Includes minors without parental or legal guardian consent
Violates applicable laws
All application software, user interface, branding, graphics, logos, and other proprietary materials are owned by Face Swaps Pro.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the application without our written permission.
Face Swaps Pro may offer premium subscriptions, one-time purchases, or credit packages.
On iOS, all purchases are securely processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
On Android, all purchases are securely processed through Google Play Billing.
We do not collect or store your payment card or billing information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for iOS purchases are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy.
Refunds for Android purchases are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
This version covers both the App Store and Google Play and is suitable for publishing on both platforms.
Face Swaps Pro is provided without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
The app will always be available or error-free.
AI-generated results will always meet your expectations.
Uploaded or generated images will be stored permanently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Face Swaps Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the application, including AI-generated content or unauthorized use of third-party images.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the application.
We may update these Terms at any time.
Your continued use of Face Swaps Pro after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law principles.
