Face Swaps Pro ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and share information when you use the Face Swaps Pro mobile application. It is designed to comply with the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play.
To use Face Swaps Pro, you need to create an account.
During registration, we collect:

Last Name
Email Address
Account password (securely encrypted using Supabase Authentication)
This information is used to:
Create and manage your account
Authenticate your identity
Sync your app data
Manage subscriptions and purchased credits
Provide customer support
Face Swaps Pro processes photos and face data only when you choose to upload or capture images within the app.
Photos you upload
Face data contained within those photos that is required to perform AI face swaps
Your uploaded images are processed solely to:
Detect and align facial features
Generate AI face swap results
Return the edited image to you
We do not use face data for:
Biometric identification
Facial recognition
User identification
Profiling
Advertising

To generate AI results, uploaded images are securely transmitted using encrypted connections to our AI processing provider, Replicate, Inc., which processes the images only for generating the requested output.
Uploaded images and face data are processed temporarily and deleted after processing is completed.
We do not permanently store your uploaded photos or face data on our servers.
Collection: Our application collects images containing human faces when you upload them for the purpose of utilizing our AI face swap and image generation features.
Use: The collected images and extracted face data are used exclusively to process your requested image generations and apply face swaps.
Sharing and Storage: To perform these complex AI generation tasks, your images are securely transmitted to our trusted third-party AI processing service provider, Replicate (replicate.com).
Retention and Deletion: The face data and uploaded images are processed temporarily on Replicate's secure servers solely for the duration of the generation request. They are discarded immediately after the generation is complete. We do not permanently store, retain, or harvest biometric face data on our servers.
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate the application.
Supabase is used for:
User authentication
Secure account management
Database storage
Replicate is used to process AI face swap requests.
On iOS, all purchases are securely processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
On Android, all purchases are securely processed through Google Play Billing.
We never collect or store your payment card or financial information.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We only share data with trusted service providers that are necessary to operate the application, including:
Supabase
Replicate, Inc.
Apple (for iOS purchases)
Google (for Android purchases)
We do not use your personal information or uploaded images for advertising or marketing purposes.
Face Swaps Pro is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that information has been collected from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.

Once verified, your account information stored in Supabase will be permanently deleted within 7 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information during transmission and storage.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
