VIRTUAL WORKSHOP DETAILS:

Cross-Stitch + Canva + Stitch Fiddle is a self-paced online virtual workshop offered through Google Classroom. This workshop will help you teach your students how to design their own custom artwork/graphics and use online software to create a cross-stitch chart from their design. Each step in the process is broken down into mini-tutorials. You will be emailed the virtual workshop code within 24 hours once you have completed the registration form and payment is received.

Upon completion of this workshop you will be able to:

• Sign-up for a Canva Educator and Stitch Fiddle account

• Create a custom graphic in Canva

• Import a .png/.jpg file into Stitch Fiddle

• Create a custom cross-stitch chart using Stitch Fiddle with your custom designed artwork created in Canva

• Edit your cross-stitch chart

• Download & print your custom cross-stitch chart

Technology Requirements: Laptop/Desktop or Chromebook

Upon request, documentation will be emailed to your school district for proof of professional development hours. Please check with your district as each state and district follow different standards for allowable professional development activities.
