This Privacy Policy describes how FabricLab ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application FabricLab ("the App").
Photos and Images: When you import designs from your photo library, we access only the images you select. These images are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
Support Communications: If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address and the content of your message.
Device Information: We may collect general device information such as device model, operating system version, and app version for crash reporting and analytics purposes.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the App, such as which features are used most frequently.
Purchase Information: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not have access to your payment details.
We do not collect your name, address, or phone number.
We do not access your full photo library — only images you explicitly select.
We do not collect location data.
We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, maintain, and improve the App
Process your design mockups locally on your device
Respond to your support requests
Analyze anonymous usage patterns to improve user experience
Comply with legal obligations
Your designs, mockups, and project history are stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store your creative content on any external servers. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect any information we do collect.
The App may use the following third-party services:
Apple App Store: For processing in-app purchases and subscriptions. Apple's privacy policy applies to these transactions.
RevenueCat: For subscription management. RevenueCat may process anonymous purchase data. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
You have the right to:
Delete your locally stored project history at any time through the App
Request information about any data we may have collected
Request deletion of any data we may have collected
Opt out of analytics (where applicable)
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App. Changes are effective when posted.
