Competitions are planned to begin in May of 2026.  The preferred competition locations are at local high school softball fields with outfield fences near 200' from home plate. 

In addition to game balls, the F7 Series provides two fastpitch bats and catchers' gear that can be used by any participant during tournaments.  Players are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and finding a fielding glove to use.

Helmets are not required because the F7 Series uses a deBeer Extra Soft softball for safety reasons.  

The typical minor tournament consists of two groups of three teams.  Each team plays the other teams in their group, and the top teams play each other for the tournament championship.  Minor tournament games are played on Saturday and Sunday. 

Major tournaments have varying formats determined by the number of registered teams.

Each minor tournament will have a monetary reward for the both the "player of the tourney" and their runner-up.  The top player will win $250 and the runner-up will win $100.  As the F7 Series grows, the rewards will also grow.

For the sake of clarity, these rewards are given to the players who scored the most runs during the tournament.  Total bases by each player should break any tie.  

ALL members of the championship-winning team will be able to compete in their next tournament for FREE!  

For insurance reasons, all participants are required to be at least 18-years old prior to the start of any tournament.  If 18-years old or older, any woman interested in playing is allowed to fully participant.  

Individuals, not teams, register to play in a minor tournament.  Registration is limited and is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Teams register to play in a major tournament.  Teams should have between 11 and 14 players to reserve a place in a major tournament.  

Pre-registering is free, and anyone interested in the F7 Series is strongly encouraged to pre-register.

In order to register for a scheduled tournament, each participant is required to pay an annual fee of $22.  This fee goes towards the costs of insurance, administration, and shared equipment (fastpitch bats, catcher's equipment). Half of this fee is refundable for those who never register for a tournament.

The registration fee for a minor tournament will be $25 per player.  This fee goes towards the costs of fields, umpires, prizes, etc.  

Major tournaments fees are per team and change from tournament to tournament.
