The Raptor nails have given us the ability to clamp materials down quickly but still remove them easily. We use a lot of lauan that can be somewhat wavy. The plastic nails hold it down flat. Our stage production, "Nathan the Wise" had 40 hours of machine time cutting intricate patterns into lauan to make lattice. Each panel was about 60 minutes of machine time. The Raptor Nails saved labor making it quick to load and unload material from the CNC router table.
We also used " plywood to make all the dimensional boxes. Tops, sides, and faces were held down with " Raptor nails. They saved us time by holding the parts in place and not having tabs on parts that would need to be cleaned off before assembly.
Using Raptor composite nails has improved the speed and efficiency of our work dramatically! We can move jobs through our CNC, safely and securely
We have saved money on bits not being broken by troublesome screw placements.
Raptor has also benefited our other projects since we can saw materials without fear of damage to our costly saw blades.

The addition of Raptor nails in our scene shop has been a game changer. Not only do we save on blade and bit costs, we are able to reuse material multiple times without the labor of cleaning fasteners. I would recommend raptor nails for any shop even one without a CNC router.
We used Raptor fasteners for a floor project. It was a luan plank floor over 3/4" ply. We used raptor composite fasteners to put the luan planks down. The reason we chose to do this was for easy removal after the show was closed. This also meant that we didn't have to watch for Staples when reusing the ply for other projects. We have a saw stop table saw that doesn't much care for narrow crown Staples.
We purchased a Raptor nailer a year ago and enjoyed it so much that we purchased a second. We are thrilled with the composite nail technology as we use the nailer for all CNC router applications. The variety of composite nail profiles and lengths allow for a vast majority of wood products to be fastened to our CNC tables. To date we have experienced zero maintenance and or malfunctions with the Raptor product. We highly recommend this product for CNC applications.
Adding Raptor Composite Nails to our tooling has reduced the amount of time spend on certain processes by almost 30%. We no longer need to worry as much about placement of the fasteners on our CNC table to avoid tool paths. And they simply snap off after the run making clean up that much easier.
We are so very pleased with the product and tooling thank you so much it has been a pleasure and brilliant to use - Steve, our joiner prefers to put the nails in just below the surface and fill with epoxy afterwards probably as he is used to site work putting steel nails in from a gun whereas I would prefer to leave them a little proud and sand down - We split a couple of nails off and hammered them into scrap wood with a claw hammer just to see how strong they were out of the nail gun and they just hammered straight in lol - Steve showed them to his pals at work and nobody has seen anything like them here in the U.K. You really need to get exporting over here we all love it!

I am a first time self taught ply on frame boat builder. I ran across the Omer Plastic/ Composite Nail Gun about 5 years ago? I found it very helpful installing plywood sides and bottoms on my boat. One of the big advantages of Composite Nails is being able to just sand off the nibs left when installing nails in the plywood. The composite nails seem to heat up when installed and helps bind the wood together. There is obviously no rust from screws or nails since using the composite nails. I highly recommend the tool and nails

I am currently doing a significant amount of boat restoration (3 or 4 years in) to a 1946 Luder L16, and part of the project involves a completely new deck. Duckworks boat builder supply saved the project last year when I learned about Raptor staples. Laminating the boat has been a pleasure now that I no longer need to pull staples.
