Privacy Policy — EZViewer Pro for DWG & DXF
BestJunSoft built EZViewer Pro for DWG & DXF (the "App") as a paid app. This page explains how the App handles your information.
Summary
The App does not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal information. Your drawings are opened and displayed entirely on your device.
Drawing files
The App opens only the DWG and DXF files you choose, through the Android file picker or "Open with".
Files are read and rendered locally on your device. They are never uploaded, copied to any server, or sent to us or to third parties.
The App does not request internet access.
Data stored on your device
To make the App convenient to use, it keeps a small amount of data in its private storage on your device:
A list of recently opened files.
Your settings, such as background color, snap and unit options, and layer colors.
This data stays on your device. It is deleted when you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. If Android backup is turned on, the system may include it in your personal Google backup. That backup is handled by Google under your account settings, and we have no access to it.
Crash reports
If the App closes unexpectedly, an error report is saved on your device. The report contains only:
the error details,
the App version,
the device model and Android version.
It contains no drawing content and no personal information. The report is sent only if you choose "Send report", which opens your own email or messaging app so you can review it before sending. If you send it to us, we use it only to fix the problem, and we delete it once it is no longer needed. You can also choose "Discard".
Purchases
The App is purchased and distributed through Google Play. Payment and account information is handled by Google, not by us, under the Google Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The App contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking services. It includes open-source code for reading DWG files (ACadSharp, MIT License), which runs entirely on your device and sends no data anywhere.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent us information, for example in an email, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
