Eyevolution is developed and published by BimimotGames.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is stored, collected, used, and shared when you use the Eyevolution mobile game.

1. General Information

Eyevolution does not require registration or the creation of a user account.

Eyevolution does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, photos, precise location, or similar directly identifying personal information.

The game stores certain gameplay information locally on your device and uses third-party services for analytics, advertising, consent management, and in-app purchases.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Eyevolution stores gameplay and application data locally on your device. This may include:

• game progress and best level;

• lives and boosters;

• achievements and collection progress;

• current game and round state;

• reward availability and timers;

• purchase-related gameplay limits;

• selected language;

• sound settings;

• cosmetic ownership and theme settings;

• tutorial and first-use state;

• a randomly generated pseudonymous player identifier.

The pseudonymous player identifier is randomly generated by Eyevolution and is not based on your name, Google account, phone number, or other directly identifying information.

Eyevolution may also store local technical diagnostic information related to the game renderer. This diagnostic information remains on the device and is not intentionally uploaded to BimimotGames.

Third-party SDKs used by Eyevolution may also store their own identifiers, consent information, purchase state, or technical data in application-private storage.

Local application data can generally be removed by clearing Eyevolution's storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the application. Some application data may be subject to Android backup and restore functionality and may therefore be restored after reinstalling the application.

3. Analytics

Eyevolution uses PostHog to understand how the game is used and to improve gameplay, balance, stability, features, and monetization.

Eyevolution may send gameplay and application events such as:

• game starts and game results;

• answers, mistakes, and gameplay progress;

• achievement activity;

• store interactions;

• booster usage;

• rewarded-ad completion;

• purchase results;

• other similar gameplay interactions.

Analytics events may include a randomly generated pseudonymous player identifier, session identifiers, gameplay state, level information, inventory information, application version, platform information, and similar technical information.

PostHog may also automatically process technical information supplied by its SDK, including:

• device and browser information;

• operating system information;

• screen and viewport information;

• language and timezone;

• application or page URL information;

• session and device identifiers;

• user agent information;

• network-related information, which may include an IP address depending on the configuration of the analytics service.

Eyevolution does not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, payment credentials, Google Play purchase tokens, order numbers, or receipts to PostHog.

For the current release:

• PostHog autocapture is disabled;

• automatic pageview tracking is disabled;

• automatic page-leave tracking is disabled;

• session replay is disabled;

• console recording is disabled.

Analytics data is processed using PostHog's European cloud infrastructure.

4. Advertising

Eyevolution uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to provide rewarded advertisements.

Rewarded advertisements are optional. You may choose to watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game reward.

Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect or process information such as:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location;

• advertising identifiers and other device identifiers;

• application interactions;

• advertisement interactions and video views;

• device and application information;

• diagnostic and performance information;

• information used for advertising, analytics, attribution, security, and fraud prevention.

BimimotGames does not directly receive your advertising identifier through its own application code.

Eyevolution uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising privacy and consent requirements where applicable.

Depending on your location and Google's applicable requirements, Google may display a privacy or consent message before advertisements can be requested.

Eyevolution does not independently force personalized or non-personalized advertising. Advertising behavior depends on consent signals and settings handled by Google and its advertising services.

You are not required to watch rewarded advertisements in order to install, open, or play Eyevolution.

5. In-App Purchases

Eyevolution offers optional in-app purchases.

Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat.

Google Play handles payment processing. BimimotGames does not directly receive or process your:

• payment card number;

• bank account details;

• full Google payment profile;

• other payment credentials handled by Google Play.

RevenueCat is used to validate and manage purchases and purchase entitlements.

RevenueCat may receive and process information related to purchases, including:

• an automatically generated anonymous RevenueCat App User ID;

• purchased product information;

• purchase history;

• Google Play purchase tokens and transaction information;

• purchase status;

• last-seen information;

• device type and operating system information.

Eyevolution does not provide RevenueCat with your name or email address and does not use an Eyevolution account or login system.

Eyevolution does not intentionally send RevenueCat purchase tokens, RevenueCat user identifiers, receipts, order identifiers, or raw transaction records to PostHog.

PostHog may receive only limited purchase-related analytics, such as the product identifier and the result of a purchase attempt.

Device-specific purchases

Eyevolution's current purchases are intended to be device-specific.

Purchased lives and boosters are consumable in-game items stored as part of the local game state.

Cosmetic purchase state may also depend on the anonymous purchase identity and local application state associated with the current installation.

As a result, purchases or purchased content may not be restored on another device or after clearing application data or reinstalling the application.

In some cases, Android backup or retained purchase information may preserve certain state, but this is not guaranteed.

6. Third-Party Services

Eyevolution uses third-party services that may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

These services currently include:

• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads — rewarded advertising;

• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — advertising consent management;

• Google Play Billing — in-app purchase and payment processing;

• RevenueCat — purchase validation, purchase history, and entitlement management;

• PostHog — gameplay and application analytics.

These providers may process technical, device, interaction, advertising, consent, transaction, or network information as necessary to provide their services.

BimimotGames does not sell your personal information.

7. Device Permissions

Eyevolution uses network access to provide analytics, advertisements, consent management, and purchase services.

The application and its included third-party SDKs may use Android permissions or platform services related to:

• Internet access;

• network status;

• Google Play Billing;

• advertising identifiers;

• advertising attribution and related Android advertising services.

Eyevolution does not request permissions to access your:

• camera;

• microphone;

• contacts;

• photos or media library;

• SMS messages;

• phone calls;

• calendar;

• precise or coarse device location.

Approximate location may nevertheless be inferred by advertising services from network information such as an IP address.

8. Data Sharing and Processing

Information may be transmitted to third-party service providers where necessary to operate Eyevolution and provide its features.

PostHog

PostHog may process:

• gameplay activity;

• application interactions;

• pseudonymous identifiers;

• session identifiers;

• device and technical information.

Google

Google services may process:

• advertising and advertisement interaction information;

• device and advertising identifiers;

• approximate location derived from network information such as IP address;

• diagnostics and technical information;

• consent information;

• purchase and transaction information processed through Google Play.

RevenueCat

RevenueCat may process:

• an anonymous App User ID;

• purchase history;

• Google Play purchase tokens and transaction information;

• purchased products and entitlement information;

• last-seen information;

• device type and operating system information.

Eyevolution does not intentionally provide RevenueCat with advertising identifiers, attribution identifiers, email addresses, names, or other customer profile attributes.

Information is processed by these providers for purposes related to operating, analysing, monetising, securing, improving, and providing Eyevolution and its related services.

9. Data Retention

Gameplay information stored locally on your device remains there until it is removed, overwritten, cleared through Android application settings, or removed as part of uninstalling the application, subject to Android backup and restore functionality.

Analytics information may be retained by PostHog according to the configuration of the Eyevolution analytics project and PostHog's applicable retention practices.

Advertising and consent information may be retained by Google according to Google's applicable policies and legal requirements.

Purchase and payment information may be retained by Google Play according to Google's applicable policies and legal requirements.

RevenueCat retains purchase-related and technical information according to its applicable policies and service configuration. This may include purchase history associated with an anonymous RevenueCat App User ID.

10. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may:

• choose not to watch optional rewarded advertisements;

• make choices through Google's consent interface when it is presented to you;

• choose not to make optional in-app purchases;

• clear Eyevolution's local application data using Android settings;

• uninstall Eyevolution;

• contact BimimotGames regarding privacy-related questions or requests.

Eyevolution does not provide user accounts, so there is no Eyevolution account that needs to be deleted.

11. Children's Privacy

Eyevolution does not require users to create an account and does not intentionally request names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, or similar directly identifying information from users.

Third-party services used by the application, including Google advertising services, RevenueCat, and PostHog, may process technical or transaction-related information as described in this Privacy Policy.

12. Security

BimimotGames takes reasonable measures to limit the information collected directly by Eyevolution and uses established service providers for analytics, advertising, consent management, and purchases.

Data transmitted to third-party services is protected according to the security practices of those providers.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Eyevolution, its features, its third-party services, or applicable requirements change.

When this Privacy Policy is updated, the Last updated date at the top of this page will be changed.
