Plane is priced at $230,000 using two different techniques. There aren't many 300S's (and even fewer certified ones), but they generally run 10-15% less than a comparable 300L which are more prevalent. The other method was I took my purchase price, applied CPI to it (which is less than aircraft appreciation), added the new prop and the 1000 hour inspection (I don't add maintenance to the value of a plane, but the 1000 hour is a different beast), and arrived at roughly the same price as looking at comps. Please, no lowball, spitball offers without even having looked at the plane much less providing comps - that will result in me blocking any further comms (I've had this happen by too many idiots). It's a fantastic airplane and well worth the price.
