Expirely ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Expirely.

1.1. Local Data (Stored on Device)
- Inventory Data: The items you track (names, dates, categories) are stored locally on your device using a secure local database. We do not have access to this data.
- Photos: Photos taken for item thumbnails or "Before & After" projects are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not upload your personal photos to our servers.
1.2. Information Collected by Third Parties
We use trusted third-party services that may collect data to provide app functionality:
- Device Identifiers: Advertising IDs (IDFA/GAID) used by AdMob for non-personalized or personalized ads (based on your tracking consent).
- Approximate Location: Used by Google AdMob to display relevant ads.
- Purchase History: Processed by RevenueCat to manage your Premium subscription status.
- Usage Analytics: Anonymous data on screen views and button clicks collected by Google Analytics to help us improve the app.
- Crash Logs: Technical data collected by Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix bugs.
2. App Permissions
We request the following permissions to provide key features:
- Camera: Required solely for scanning barcodes and capturing photos of your items/receipts.
- Notifications: Required to send you reminders when your items are about to expire.
- Photo Library: Required if you choose to upload an existing photo for an item.

4. Data Deletion & Retention
- Local Data: Since your inventory data is stored locally, uninstalling the app will permanently delete all your tracking data from your device.
- Third-Party Data: For data collected by our partners (like RevenueCat or Firebase), you may request data deletion by contacting us at the email below with your support ID (found in App Settings).
5. Children’s Privacy
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
