All voicebanks in this website can be used for:

• LGBT+ content

• Non-Commercial / Personal Usage

• Sensitive Topics such as death, depression or certain mental illnesses

• Casual Headcanons (Friends, Enemies etc.)

The voicebanks has limitations which requires specific permissions.

You will able to remove the limitations listed below by discussing with the author @ K1RA for permission through social media / DMs

• Commercial usage (All Voicebanks)

The voicebanks are forbidden to be used in the following:

• Politics, heavy religion, discrimination, hate speech, illegal activities or strong biases that will evoke negative impact on wider audiences.

Please have common sense for a lack of better word.

• Usage for data on AI, creation of derivatives and claiming the VBs as your own.

• Changing genders of the characters

• Distribution of discontinued voicebanks and edited oto.ini to the public (private is fine).

• NSFW (Gore, Sexual Content* & Heavy Violence) is allowed and will not require permission while using.

ISN'T ALLOWED

There is only one official relationship which is their girlfriend (Akuma Taikino // 大気のアクマ). They don't particularly will or ever be shipped with someone else without consent from the creator and the party involved.

* If the voicebanks are either [the CV banks from the GENDERED series] or [REGRET], you are heavily forbidden to use those voicebanks for such topics regardless context due to the nature of the VB(s) being inconsistent to the original setting.

(e.g. the voice provider/creator was underage at the time and/or the characters appeared to be child/teen-like).

However, they are allowed to sing general romance songs as long the character isn't hinting any romantic relationship to another existing character or utilising vocals only as a base to tell a story.
