Created in 2025, this UTAUloid is to break the limit of vocals from the main UTAU recorded, WH1SH-P3R. While it's severely exaggerated, it was enough to sound different from others uniquely an underwater tone to it with specific methods.

A small sea angel who wanted to sing for the sea but does not have any features of a human so they can venture out themselves so they begged from the sea witch. In return, they lost their ability to swim once they turned more humanoid on the beach, soon yearning for the day to be in the sea again.

It is unknown who was the sea witch but some has theorised it was the same people who summoned 'certain monsters' through living dolls.
