Created in 2025, this UTAUloid is to break the limit of vocals that was given to the main UTAUloid, WH1SH-P3R. While it's severely exaggerated, it was enough to sound different from others uniquely an underwater tone to it.

A small sea angel who wanted to sing for the sea but does not have any features of a human so they begged from the witch. In unfortunate circumstances, they lost their ability to swim and lives on the beach yearning for the day to be in the sea again. 

It is unknown who was the sea witch but some has theorised it was the same people who summoned 'certain monsters' through living dolls.
