Expense MiniX does not require you to create an account.

Email address
Phone number
Home address
Password
Account credentials
The app does not maintain a user account system.
Expense MiniX allows you to manually enter expense and budget information for personal tracking purposes.
This information is stored locally and is not used to perform payments, banking transactions, money transfers, or financial services.
Expense MiniX does not request or store:
Bank account credentials
Credit or debit card numbers
CVV numbers
Online banking passwords
Payment account login details
Selecting "Cash" or "Card" in the app is only a label used to organize your expense records.
ToolDynoApps does not collect expense records entered into Expense MiniX.
The app does not intentionally collect personal information for advertising, analytics, profiling, or tracking purposes.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your expense information with advertisers, analytics providers, marketing companies, or other third parties.
Expense MiniX does not contain advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs intended to collect user activity.

Expense MiniX does not use analytics or tracking services to monitor your behavior inside the app.

Expense MiniX is designed to operate offline for its core expense tracking functionality.
Your saved expense records do not need to be uploaded to an Expense MiniX server in order for the app to function.
Expense MiniX is designed to request only permissions that are necessary for its functionality.
The app does not require access to sensitive information such as your contacts, precise location, microphone, camera, SMS messages, or call history for its core expense tracking features.
If future versions introduce a feature that requires additional permissions or changes how information is handled, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
Expense information remains stored locally on your device until you:
Delete an individual expense from the app;
Clear the app's storage/data through Android settings; or
Uninstall the application.
Operating-system backup copies, if enabled by your device, may be subject to the retention policies of your device or backup provider.
You can delete individual expense records using the delete feature available inside Expense MiniX.
You may also remove locally stored app data by clearing Expense MiniX storage through your Android device settings or uninstalling the app.
Because ToolDynoApps does not maintain an online Expense MiniX account or server-side expense database, we generally do not possess a separate server copy of your locally entered expense records.
We take privacy seriously and design Expense MiniX to minimize unnecessary collection of information.
Expense records are primarily stored within the application's local storage on your Android device. The security of locally stored information also depends on your device security, Android configuration, screen lock, backups, and other device-level protections.
Users are encouraged to protect their devices with appropriate security measures.
Expense MiniX does not intentionally use advertising or analytics services that collect your expense records.
Your Android device and Google Play may independently process technical information as part of installing, updating, securing, backing up, or operating applications. Such processing is governed by the applicable service provider's own privacy policies.
Expense MiniX is a general-purpose expense tracking utility and is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.
The app does not intentionally collect personal information from users through an account or registration system.

You control the expense information entered into Expense MiniX.
You may:
Choose what expense information to enter;
Edit saved expense records;
Delete expense records;
Clear application data; or
Uninstall the application.
